So when I'm not pregnant I do like to indulge in coffee, especially a fun latte or cappuccino! I go cold turkey when I get pregnant but I have to admit while I find cutting caffeine out only a little tricky at first it is more the ritual of going to the coffee place and ordering something exciting mid-afternoon, perhaps with something tasty on the side, that I miss. This is why I started considering a decaf latte here and there to have the indulgence without the guilt of the caffeine. What I found though was quiet alarming some decaffeinated coffee has not been decaffeinated in a safe way. Let me summarize what I've discovered so that if you do choose to indulge you can find out what is safe and what is not.
<p>Alas, potty training is one of those great milestones in a toddler’s life that I think parents face with both fear and excitement. Your wee one’s life is always filled with so many milestones and transitioning to a toddler bed is another one of those. There is a great Elmo book about the transition that can help ease some of your wee one's anxiety. I wrote this blog to help ease some of yours.
I don’t know if I was a particularly girly girl on the outside. I didn’t spend time dressing as one princess or another, glued to every prince and princess tale, although I do remember secretly wanting to be all glitter and fairies and I have to admit now as I walk passed Tutus, Fairy Princess Stories and any other glitz that catches my eye I crack a smile thinking about whether my daughter will be into all of these things….because if she is mommy is ready to get out that bedazzler and glitter glue!
