Paging Rosie: Staying Stylish This Fall – My Favorite RPM Looks

Fall 2011 Rosie Pope Maternity Collection

I work hard to make sure my maternity line reflects the trends in fashion at large, so you can stay in fashion even while pregnant.  I’ve put together some looks from my line that will be sure to keep you on trend this fall and winter. . . Enjoy!

Bardot DressLook 1: Bardot Dress
Animal print, most notably leopard, is showing up everywhere this fall—from intimates to outerwear, it is making a serious statement.  While these spots are not foreign to fall fashion, this season we are seeing them in full force.

I find that this look pairs best with sophisticated cuts and a touch of restraint (too much animal print is never a good thing but just the right amount is a great statement).   The Bardot dress rocks out the look in a muted leopard top balanced with a pie crust skirt body in a gorgeous chocolate color.  Definitely a must have this season!

Look 2: Long Sleeve Cinched Tunic (lipstick) Cinched Tunic Lipstick
I love brights for Fall!  And judging from what top designers have put out for the season, I am not alone.  A few pop colored pieces are a great way to compliment all of those fall neutrals.  I am always inspired by the looks that Lanvin produces, so when I saw the fuchsia, long-sleeved, fitted sheath they have out this season, it instantly made the cinched tunic a fav ;)

Jungle Dress with Animal Print BeltLook 3: Jungle Dress w/ Animal Print Belt
Structured femininity, especially in ivory a la Carolina Herrera and Calvin Klein, was seen all over the fall ’11 runway.  These pieces are proving that ‘classic’ can still demand the attention of the high fashion world.  The Jungle Dress captures this look with its ivory jacquard fabric and classic cut, cinched with a touch of animal print.  Cut, fit, and fabric make all the difference in this look, which is why I worked hard to make sure the subtle A-line, ¾ sleeve, and slight boat neck hit all the right places!

Coco Wrap Dress - Smoke MultiLook 4: Coco wrap dress (Print: Smoke multi)
The versatility of the coco wrap dress makes it a wardrobe staple that will never go out of style.  This updated graphic floral in a rich smoke palette definitely keeps the look current.  Anything this flattering that I can pull off for work, weekend or night certainly makes my list as a fall favorite.
