Margarita Marasigan, RN, CCE
Margarita Marasigan is a postpartum/newborn registered nurse, a certified childbirth educator, and the proud mother of two active boys.
She came to maternal child health after practicing as an oncology/bone marrow transplant nurse for 7 years. Margarita spent those years caring for and comforting patients of all ages through the treatments and sickness of cancer. While rewarding, she wanted to change the focus of her care to welcoming life and nurturing mother, baby and family through those first precious moments. Since 2005, educating parents and caring for newborns has been Margarita's passion. Her down to earth, practical and engaging approach helps to guide both first time and experienced parents in their journey without overwhelming them. She believes that there is no one set way to parent your baby and helps you develop the parenting style that best suits you and your family.
Margarita is honored to be a part of preparing expectant families before and after having their babies, while easing their first steps into parenthood.
She currently resides in New York City with her husband and family.
