If cancellations are made 30 days or more prior to the class, you will receive a full refund.. We are happy to make allowances under special circumstances. At Rosie Pope Maternity, we take great pride in bringing you quality classes. If you have questions about a class or need to inquire about a cancellation, please contact MomPrep@rosiepope.com and include the reason for the cancellation as well as a contact phone number.

At Rosie Pope Maternity, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials and construction are our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage immediately.

We will gladly accept your online purchase for return or exchange of unworn, unwashed merchandise by MAIL ONLY. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number.

To return an item or to request an exchange, please request an RMA on our returns page. In order to ensure that requests for exchange or return are processed within ten (10 days of receipt by Rosie Pope Maternity, all returns and requests for exchange must include an RMA number and, in the case of exchanges, the name, color, size and quantity of the item(s) requested in exchange.

1. Go to our Returns Page
2. Enter your email address used to place the order and your order number
3. Select the items you want to return or exchange and complete the information
4. Select REQUEST RMA
5. You will receive an email with an RMA number and instructions to return the product
6. Pack your items
7. Print out and include a copy of the RMA email
8. Select a carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and pay the return postage at the time of shipping
9. Keep a copy of your shipping details including tracking number
10. Ship to the following address:

Returns of online purchases that are accompanied by an RMA number and received within 30 days of the date of purchase will be credited for the price paid either in the original form of payment or a merchandise exchange. Returns of online purchases without an RMA number may be returned to the customer. Please allow ten (10) business days for the return to be processed once it is received.

Exchange requests will be processed as available. If you have requested an exchange for an item that is not currently available, your request will be processed as a return. Rosie Pope Maternity will pay delivery on your first exchange (sent via standard delivery). Subsequent exchanges will be charged at the standard rate.

If your item was described as 'Final Sale' or if you have purchased an item using a promo code, it is deemed "Final Sale" and may not be returned or exchanged.

Please note that items purchased in our store are subject to the in-store return policy, which is posted in the store.
